Ms. Farrow is the President of Lotus and she has 29 years of experience obtaining environmental clearance and permitting for transportation agencies. Ms. Farrow has significant experience with wetland delineation, agency coordination and public involvement. Her specialties include the NEPA/Section 4(f) processes, needs analyses, agricultural resource investigations, and agency and public involvement.
Ms. Farrow started Lotus Environmental in response to a growing need for a highly qualified and responsive woman-owned business in the Pennsylvania market. Providing quality work on-time and within budget has been a top priority for Ms. Farrow throughout her career. Instilling these goals into the fabric of Lotus has led to the success the firm has enjoyed to date.
When not working Kate can be found out running on the Chester Valley Trail or volunteering for Saint David's Episcopal Church. Kate resides in Wayne with her husband and two college age daughters.
Ms. Finn is a Senior Project Manager with 25 years of transportation industry and private development experience. Ms. Finn has an extensive working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and permitting procedures, including the preparation of Joint National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) /Section 404 Permit Applications, EAs and EISs. Her expertise in wetland identification, mitigation monitoring, and wetland replacement design extends throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and New Jersey. Ms. Finn has extended her knowledge of environmental science research, regulation and policy to include Section 7 Biological Assessments, Section 4(f), Section 106 and other NEPA related disciplines.
Andrea lives in Kennett Square with her husband and two children, dog, and chickens. When she is not working, Andrea is busy with gardening, quilting, and chasing after her kids.

Ben Reiman, Ast. Project Manager
Mr. Reiman is an Assistant Project Manager with 18 years of environmental science/planning experience. He has conducted wetland delineations, wetland mitigation, threatened and endangered species habitat surveys, bog turtle habitat assessments, sensitive waste site evaluations, agricultural land surveys, land use, and park and recreation facilities investigation. Mr. Reiman has worked in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Delaware. Ben leads our GIS group and also is the lead technical expert for our wetland and aquatic investigations.
Ben lives in Montgomery County with his wife and two boys. When Ben is not playing with his kids, he and his wife like to explore Philadelphia's craft breweries and restaurants.
Ms. Parker is a Senior Architectural Historian with over 20 years of experience assisting local, state and federal agencies obtain the necessary approvals from the State Historic Preservation Office. Margaret has worked on cultural resources investigations in accordance with NHPA Section 106 and NEPA requirements in New York, PA, NJ, DE, MD, and WV. Margaret lives in Carlisle with her husband and during their free time they like to give back to their community through volunteering.
Ms. Kodlick is a registered professional archaeologist (RPA) with over twenty years of experience as a consultant in cultural resource management. She serves clients in both public and private sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Marcia lives in Mechanicsburg with husband and two sons. Marcia spends her free time enjoying the outdoors and watching her sons' football and lacrosse games.
