April 20, 2015. Lotus Opens Office in Conshohocken, PA
We are pleased to announce that we have opened an office at 151 East 10th Avenue, Conshohocken, PA. The new office will serve as the corporate headquarters for the firm. The office is conveniently located near several interstate highways and the PA Turnpike system which will enable our staff to easily travel to job sites and client meetings.
Lotus has also hired two new entry level environmental scientists (Amanda and Connor) with the opening of the office. Amanda and Connor will assist with our natural resource and NEPA studies. Our cultural resources staff will continue to work out of the Harrisburg area and will join us in the Conshohocken office periodically.

November 17, 2013 Lotus is the DBE of the Week. Lotus Environmental Consulting, LLC was named as the DBE of the week for November 17th by the Pennsylvania DBE Supportive Services Center. Lotus provides environmental clearance and permitting services to support engineering design and construction projects throughout Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania DBE Supportive Services Center has recognized that Lotus is Ready, Able,and Willing to work.
October 2013. Lotus to Present at the PA Chapter of the American Planning Association Annual Conference
Katherine Farrow, President of Lotus Environmental Consulting, will present at the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association's Annual Conference in Harrisburg, PA. Katherine will serve as one of three panalists leading a session on Using Facilitation Skills to Advance Planning. Ms. Farrow's component will center on Meeting Facilitation. Katherine will be teamed with Susan Elks of the Chester County Planning Commission and Stephen Neiman, CH Planning. The session will be held on October 21, 2013 from 3:30-5:30 pm.
October 3, 2013, Albany, New York. Lotus Environmental Consulting participated in the New York State M/WBE Forum in Albany, New York on October 3 and 4th. The forum is the country's largest event that brings together government agencies and prime contractors with minority and women owned businesses. Katherine Farrow, President of Lotus, attended the conference and was pleased by the opportunities waiting in New York. Lotus is currently certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise by the NYDOT. Ms. Farrow noted that the firm would be applying for their WBE Certification within the next few weeks.
January 23, 2013 Lotus Environmental Consulting is Certified in New York!
Lotus Environmental Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce that as of January 2013, we are now Certified by the New York State DOT as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Our certified areas of service include Environmental Consulting, Environmental Permitting, Public and Agency Involvement, Historic Structures, and Archaeology.
